Tasha Hopper serves as the Chief Executive Officer for The Hospitals of Providence East Campus. Hopper joined The Hospitals of Providence in 1998 and has served in several leadership roles, most recently serving as CEO for the Transmountain Campus. As CEO, she led a team that opened El Paso’s newest Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in 2020, introduced several other new services in Northwest El Paso, and collaborated with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to establish new medical residency programs.

She serves on numerous boards to include the El Paso Hispanic Chamber, YWCA Foundation, the El Paso Behavioral Health Consortium and the UTEP Clinical Health Sciences board. Hopper holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
