Michelle Holguin serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Providence Children's Hospital.  She joined The Hospitals of Providence in 2001 and has served in multiple leadership roles and most recently served as the Director of Nursing for the Memorial Campus and Providence Children’s Hospital. 

She has been integral in working to reduce hospital acquired infections, implementing the Nursing Team Model and improving the overall patient experience.  Michelle is a native El Pasoan and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso.
