Elizabeth Vargas serves as the Market Chief Human Resources Officer for The Hospitals of Providence. She joined The Hospital of Providence in 1996 and has served in multiple HR leadership roles to include Labor Manager and recently served as the Director of Human Resources for the Transmountain Campus. In 2017, she successfully led the recruitment and onboarding efforts to fully staff the Transmountain Campus for opening day.
