Richard Black is the Dean of the Woody L. Hunt School of Dental Medicine at The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso. Dr. Black is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, and the Texas Dental Association. Dr. Black earned his BA and Masters from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Black earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Science from the University of Texas Dental Branch, Houston.
