Ruben Guerra currently serves as a Governing Board member for the Memorial, Sierra and Transmountain Campuses. He was appointed to the Board in 2002 and served as Chairman in 2007. Guerra is currently the owner of Ruben E. Guerra, Co., an investment advising company he founded in 1995. He is involved in various community boards in El Paso and is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso.
