Alan Russell serves as Chairman and CEO of Tecma, a company he co-founded in 1986. TECMA is leader providing nearshore solutions throughout Mexico. The company’s Shelter Operations now cover sites throughout Mexico with more than 70 operating facilities. The company also provides Transportation and Customs services providing door-to-door freight and logistics services. Mr. Russell was honored by Southeastern Oklahoma State University as their 2010 Distinguished Alumni by promoting education through aviation. Mr. Russell is a member of the El Paso Aviation Hall of Fame and is a passionate war bird enthusiast.
