Maria Urbina is the Managing Director for Hilltop Securities. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996. Ms. Urbina is currently an executive council member and El Paso Region Chair of the Women in Public Finance – Texas Chapter, Borderplex Alliance, and the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials.
